Only 1 employee in the Golden Apple (Zlin) understands and communicates in English. As soon as I'm here, everyone is running when I wait patiently for the English speaker to show up. Fortunately, she's good and I praise her. But the jittering of other employees when they see me is quite unbearable. Maybe you should have more and more multilingual staff at the counter.
