Came at 9:20 with my family. We wanted to place three separate orders, and a whole person had set their order instead of helping us, the workers went around. My mother was finally able to place her order at 9:26, and they were gone to put it and took it about 4 minutes to tell us that they can not upgrade my mothers to a **** and then again order into the system and once she went to order to the chefs that the people said there, the kitchen was closed even if at this point is 9:34. Even tells them that we have been here for more than ten minutes and most of us have not helped them refuse to even leave us food, say that the kitchen is closed Even if the place is open, up to ten.

I left the restaurant and they almost forgot my order, including my cheese fries. When I inquired about the gyro sauce because it wasn’t in the bag, they claimed that their boss had included it, but I didn’t receive any other sides. The fries I received were cold and soggy; instead of fresh fries, I ended up with a disappointing mess.
