I placed an online order AN HOUR AHEAD and it was cancelled/voided the second I actually drove and showed up to the store. The explanation was that they were short staffed. That in itself is 100% understandable. What I am upset by is the fact they didn’t care to call or let me (the customer) know that I wouldn’t be getting my dinner as I’m in the parking lot. I understand the whole world is short staffed, but I would 100% recommend a different location anywhere other than this one that actually cares about their customers…
