All of their chilaquile options are five stars, from mild to spicy options, add chicken or eggs, you will not be disappointed if you are a chilaquile lover. Best club sandwich and fries in Ixtapa. Awesome flaming french toast pancakes! We ate here for breakfast everyday and they treated us like family, remembered us, ordered tea for me special, and on our last day Simplicios even made us a homemade tamale-not on the menu. Was so special and delicious. Made us cry! Our home away from home. Heartwarming people and delicious food. We love miss you Simplicios! See you next year! Great coffee!
