美味有時很難用視覺呈現出來，但在昨天Bistro Flavor，不管是料理或是調酒，他的美味是有畫面的，當服務人員為你端上桌的那一刻，在服務人員還沒有介紹前，視覺給你的畫面與震撼，你心裡已經有答案了，從早午餐的輕食到晚餐的主食及下酒菜，道道可以看得出主廚的用心，而且可以將食材食材本來的風味引出來，而不是只是吃重口味的調味料，只要說出自己想要的風味、香氣、酸甜苦辣，調酒師就可以為你量身訂做一杯你專屬的調酒 無酒精也可以 ，當調酒師端上桌時，記得仔細凝聽調酒師解說這杯酒所附與的故事，來到 昨天 ，讓你將不愉快不舒服的事情全部留到 昨天 ，讓自己重新開始重新出發。
