Very nice atmosphere. Good service. Best schnitzels!

The terrace was full and we sit in the dining room. appetizer trüffeltar, kalbsteak with rosmarin potato and sweet, walliser burger with pommes. dessert and coffee.Everything excellent in taste and of very good quality. the service was not as attentive as you wish. forgot another water. but we would come back.

The restaurant was close to our hotel and looked very nice and welcoming from outside, with own vegetable and crimson garden. Unfortunately, the impression was deceived, already at the arrival you felt anything but welcome, only unwillingly we were assigned a table. that was very bad, because the decor and the decoration was loving and beautifully designed. the two young services seemed unmotivated and treated us from above. eating was nothing special, but okay, on the more expensive side. fortunately there are plenty of other great places here in cermatt with friendly service where you feel as hospitable well and welcome. will no longer go here in a definite way.

Seldom eaten so well - a dream! wonderful meat quality, large portions, great seasoned, nice operation, pleasant ambiente.

Although the menu didn’t label what was GF, the descriptions were detailed so it was easy for me to recognize which ingredients might be problematic. The owner went over my order with me, and discussed it with the kitchen. When in doubt about CC, they’d either leave out the ingredient or adjust how it was prepared. My dishes came out with Saran Wrap over them, so I was always sure what was mine and that extra measures had been taken to protect me. I used my Nima sensor and both dishes came out negative for gluten! Was a real treat fo eat out at a non GF restaurant without fear!
