Bergstube - Zermatt

We visited the place couple of times during our winter holiday. Looks like family owned place. Staff is very friendly and menu includes the selection of dishes perfect after good long skiing day. The menu also included a choice of somewhat lighter dishes. Relaxed cosy restaurant with affordable prices.

A cute restaurant with Swiss food we liked, but were really disappointed when they charged us 2.- for tap water (no other restaurant does that)!

The Restaurant is on the outskirts of Zermatt giving it multiple advantages: - Better view of the Mattherhorn - Really fair prices for a Swiss restaurant

Nice, quiet spot with a great Matterhorn view. Typical, swiss food, nothing fancy about it. We had rösti and loved it. Nice owner.

We are dinner here 3 nights. The roesti and fondue are superb. We also enjoyed the raclette. Bergstube is a rare value in Zermatt. The food and service are wonderful.
