Sunrise Eatery - Zephyrhills

Sunrise is a place where everyone goes to eat. If you weren't there, you weren't in Zephyrhills Florida. Manny the owner is always welcome customers, he is a hardworking person always sure everyone takes care. They give you a lot to eat. And if you don't want anything, say something they fix. I love this place I'm here every week.

First time here and we'll definitely be back. Great selection as the menu had so much to pick from. We had the following lunches: 1. Blue Burger (Served with grilled onions, Blue cheese dressing, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle. The burgers are made fresh daily from lean ground chuck beef cooked to order and served with lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles 2. a Greek salad 3. Chicken parmesan (Pan Fried chicken with Mozzarella cheese, homemade marinara sauce and tomatoes. Served with spaghetti or fries. Includes a choice of soup or salad 4. Chicken Souvlaki Platter(Marinated chicken skewer with peppers, tomatoes, and onions grilled to perfection and served with Greek salad, rice or fries, pita bread, and tzatziki sauce. I loved my burger but could only eat 1/2 of it as it was so big....brought the rest home!! I tried the chicken souvlaki....OMG it was so good, I'm getting it the next time! If you're in the area, you have to try this place.... best food around!!

Tasty American style fare food with friendly service and a warm atmosphere. Great menu with a lot of variety that should please most eaters.

Great little restaurant with good affordable food and a very large selection! We were passing through town and just by chance stopped at Sunrise Eatery about 3:00pm on a Saturday. We were lucky and got seated immediately but the place was packed, and they started lining up at the door right behind us....it never slowed. That means good food! Average age of customers is about 85+. The place is very bright, clean, and comfortable. The Bulldog Burger (on Texas Garlic Toast) was good, but not great. Toast was overcooked, almost blackened. Southern style chicken and gravy was very good, buttermilk biscuits ...Outstanding!! We wanted to have ice cream (HUGE selection) but just couldn't do it, the food servings are huge. We will definitely return when back in the area. The only slight disappointment was that they don't offer a Military discount, not a deal breaker but the full wall mural in support of America, the military, and first responders would lead one to think they would offer.... Never expected, but always appreciated.

Sunrise Eatery is our family's favorite place for Sunday dinner. There's something that everyone enjoys specials, Chicken Souvlaki, turkey dinner, burgers, and PANCAKES as big as your head. And then, there's dessert. Services is great we're huge fans of Grandma Annette. You won't be disappointed.
