Sonny's Bbq - Zephyrhills

It had been some time since my last visit, so I was delighted to find that a waitress I remembered was still working there. My daughter and I remarked on her longevity, and she mentioned that she has been there for 18 years! I can't recall ever seeing a waitress stay at a restaurant for that long. She always had a smile, and it was wonderful to see that her cheerful demeanor was still present. Overall, it’s a great place to eat and we had a pleasant evening.

If you go to this Sonny's and get J'nae as your waitress, you're lucky. She was the sweetest and friendly person and made our visit really pleasant (together with the food naturally). Every waitress should be like her.

Worst service I had here once a week after three and a half years. I was told that I had to have the pork 3 as it looked on the menu. For the last five weeks I was able to get 2 orders of ribs and one of pulled or cut pigs, but not today happiness my wife was with me or I would get up and let everyone know what I thought about it.

It was a good waitress. I wish they had more rib options. Can be a little expensive. But over all food was food, restaurant was clean, and waitress was on everything.

Today was my first time dining at Sonny's. I have lived in Florida for a year and have had co-workers and neighbors rave about this restaurant but, hadn't made a visit until today! I have relatives visiting from NY and I took them for dinner at Sonny's. We absolutely enjoyed all of the food. Thank you!! I will be back!!
