Taco Bell - Zebulon

I had a terrible experience at this KFC. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 2-piece meal with two legs for my kids, but I was told I couldn’t have two legs because the chicken pieces come together. I've never heard of that before; I've always been able to order it that way. The employee said she could only offer me one meal instead of the other. They didn't even ask if I wanted original or crispy or offer any substitutions. Frustrated, I decided to leave and go to a different location. I will not be returning to this KFC again. Today, I visited the one on Six Forks and was able to get exactly what I wanted without any issues.

I ordered five different meals, and one of them included fries. They crammed all five meals into a single paper bag, which resulted in the fries getting smashed at the bottom. To make matters worse, the bag was torn at the bottom, causing my food to spill out. Common sense would suggest that they should have placed the fries on top and used more than one bag for the different meals. When I got home, I had to sort through everything just to figure out which meal went with what. Additionally, I paid for an extra burrito but didn’t receive it. I will never return to this location again.

The Mexican pizzas and cinnamon twists had an extremely strong chemical taste. Called the restaurant to notify. They use a stabilizer to filter the fryer oil. If I could leave zero stars on this place, I truly truly truly would because this place never ever ever ever ever ever feel to get your order wrong then they catch an attitude, no matter how nice you are to them so they don’t spit on your food, no matter how nice you are to them. They still catch an attitude when they get their order wrong. I hate this place and I wish they were more options to eat around here. Service: Take out
