Little Caesars Pizza - Zebulon

I waited 45 minutes for a basic cheese pizza, while others who ordered specialty pizzas received their food and left long before I did. I wish I could take over this place and teach them how to run a business, or at the very least, hire someone over the age of 12 to help out. This supposedly "91-rated" pizza spot is well below par—there are plenty of other places that are much better.

That's all there is to it. Little Caesar is a pizza chain, and if you keep that in mind, I think it's pretty good. The pizza is served hot, and the crazy bread is best enjoyed at the right time. The staff is always friendly. I'll definitely return whenever the craving hits.

The service was extremely disappointing. The staff was quite rude and unprofessional. I called in my order, but when I arrived, they informed me that they had forgotten it. When I inquired about a "hot and ready" item, they told me it would take another 20 minutes to be ready. To make matters worse, while I was still placing my order, some staff members placed their mobile phones on the counter and walked away to take calls, leaving me waiting. This behavior was very inconsiderate.

My highest pizza should have been a pepperoni pizza, so few toppings, and my crazy bread tasted like baked bread. No season. The workers in the back were loud and very unprofessional. The checkout was great, she was very friendly. After I checked out, I noticed that they currently have an 85.0 B inspection class. Wow. I couldn't eat the pizza after I saw that.

Terrible customer service ordered online over and hour ago, watched people come in order and get their pizzas, some of them multiple pizzas. Do not recommend this place at all. Manager doesn?t do his job to huddle his crew.
