Zenji - Zanzibar

This beautiful boutique hotel is a stone's throw away from the ferry. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished with good AC. Management is friendly and always available to help. There is also a brochure for tours in Zanzibar that made navigation easy and was further facilitated by the administration. Breakfast is simple, fresh and delicious, especially coffee. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and other travelers.

A very convenient location and comfortable stay at walkable distance from the ferry and market area. Very friendly staff and they talk with a smile on their face. Good breakfast served with love. Bread, cake, jam, juice etc are made by the staff (home made) and tastes so good and natural. However some rooms have small bathrooms, but very neat and clean. Their souvenir shop is very impressive with lots of products from waste like glass bottles glasses, airtight glass jars lamp shade etc made from beer and wine bottles.

Beautiful hotel with traditional Zanzibari rooms. Great staff and wonderful breakfast. Perfect central location. We loved staying here and would absolutely stay again! Thank you Zenji!!!!

5 minute walk from the ferry, so no taxi needed. Food and coffee is great. Very accommodating staff! Walking tour of Stone Town is a must, this hotel sits right in the edge of it and is a perfect starting point.
