Starbucks - Zanesville

This one used to be super fast and I'm not sure what they have changed but since they've opened back up they suck. Every time I play some mobile order it tells me 4 to 6 minutes I expect it to be closer to around 10 however when it turns out to be 15 to 20 minutes and I walk into the store and they're fully staffed and somebody is standing there doing nothing. The shift manager is a blonde and all she was like oh I'm so sorry. Get some good Management in there and get these employees actually doing their job. I will also complain to corporate about this

They were busy but the service was good and the employee was very nice. I had a gift card for there so that was the only reason I went there, prices are to high for me.

Just your average Starbucks with a line too long and coffee that never seems to be as good as you were picturing....but it's always there willing to take your money.

2 visits ago we placed our order from the app only 2 drinks and took over half hour to get our items, go back a week ago again put our order in on the app, instead of walking in we went to drive thru and she was not very Friendly and kept helping another batista on the computer and seem to ignore us, not very professional

Nice people, good coffee and food. Super busy usually! Wishing there was another Starbucks in town to help alleviate the traffic.
