Arby's - Zanesville

Fadt, friendly, delicious, and very clean.. best sliders on the highway

Food quality was awful. Bread tasted stale and food was cold. Fries were hard and also tasted stale. Cashier was rude, tossed the bags at me then shut her window without a word. At least she tossed a handful of napkins in the bag, that we didn’t need because we tossed the food. So that was cool.

After some initial confusion about cashiers taking cash only versus cash or credit, it went very smoothly. Food always decent at Arby's but this place stood out a being clean and being at a Loves Truck stop makes it all the more appealing.

Went at 6am and we were able to get steakhouse burgers. Cassie was excellent! she was polite, professional and helpful! thank you arby’s for selling burgers in the morning! thank you again for having Cassie as an employee!

The restaurant was pretty busy when I walked in, the line was almost out to the store and yet all the workers were polite. I received my food fresh and efficiently and no one seemed grumpy. Keep up the good work!
