The worst thing about this place is that is is horribly dangerous to any weight loss plans you have. Your self-control will not make it past the door. EVERYTHING is amazing. Thank God they only make meatloaf on Wednesday night or I would be on My 600 Pound Life within a few weeks. Remember to wear your stretchy pants. You have been warned.

Seriously amazing. Best restaurant in this area by a long shot. Wholesome down-home cooking with wonderful service to boot. Husband got ribs, beans, and potato salad. I got a poboy and fries and we split the Italian cream cake. There are no pictures because we too busy devouring it all. Please eat here.

What a fantastic atmosphere! We were welcomed with warm conversation and encouraged to relax and take our time. There was never any rush. The staff took the time to explain the menu and the daily specials. The service was excellent, and the food was even better. The fried ribs and sweet potato casserole were absolutely delicious! I’m definitely looking forward to returning for their daily specialties.

I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and friendly, attentive staff. I ordered the red beans and rice with sausage, which I really enjoyed. The greens were well-prepared—neither muddy nor overly salty. Although I'm not usually a dessert person, I found the lemon cheesecake delightful, especially paired with two cups of French coffee. The prices were great as well, and I’ll definitely be back!
