Felt very rushed through my order, even mentioned to the Hispanic women who was making my order (I later found out was the manager) that I’d never been there. I feel like I didn’t even really have the opportunity to evaluate all the toppings I wanted that I completely forgot shredded cheese when I’m a major cheese lover. Also when I sat down I noticed she gave me wayyyyy to much black beans that it completely took over my bowl. After we sat down and started eating I completely forgot that I had the free chips and queso, I approached the worker and asked if I could get it and she said no I’d have to purchase an entree. I literally just purchased two entrees and she said I’d have to use it next time. Later I asked who the store manager was cause I was very displeased with the service I received. The Hispanic lady said she’s the store manager in a very confrontational way. Since she heard the whole conversation with the worker I knew she wasn’t going to provide any better customer service and just decided to leave. I won’t be revisiting this location probably not another QDOBA in general. I woulda got much better customer service somewhere else.
Bad customer service!Im a very calm person but the customer service was very bad. The manager, a Hispanic woman, (I am also Hispanic) she served me I asked for no cheese as I am lactose intolerant. She gave me cheese as she was scooping it I said “Im sorry no cheese” but she put it in anyway. Even though I had already asked for no cheese. I told her again and she scooped the cheese out with her hand and threw it away. I didn’t say anything although there was still some cheese in my bowl. I told her it was fine I understand we all make mistakes. But I’m giving this place a one star because my daughter got chicken, she doesn’t like spicy things. I asked the server what option would be good for a toddler who doesn’t like spicy things, he said chicken so I got chicken at his suggestion. My daughter tried it and asked for water because it was spicy. My wife went to the front and got some bad attitude from a worker and the manager. They where very rude to her saying it was her fault. So I went up and I was very nice and asked for a sample of pork from a different employee. And I ordered just a side of pork. The manager rang me up I saw her bring something with my side and I said “I’m sorry I only ordered the side of pork” she was very rude and said “I’m trying to give you free tortillas, you don’t want them!” She said it with a really bad attitude. I said no thank you and she slammed the tortillas on the table. Then she rang me up.The ice tea also tasted very old.The food was good and it was clean, but I will not come back as the manager is very rude and has an awful attitude
The chicken queso burrito should hold the guiness world record for largest tastiest burrito. The have to steam the tortilla to make it stretch to almost 6 inch diameter x 7 inches long.
Nice building in a nice mall, but the racism is thick in the air. The food was just OK, but for as much potential as this place has, it is obvious that they don't care for melaninated tourists. This was my first stop at this location and they can keep it. We had QDoba in Weatherford. If you are traveling, I'd suggest you pass this location and head for another one.
The ladies that work the morning/day shift are always smiling and so darn nice.Dietary restrictions: Ii am an amateur body builder. The ladies that work here understand what I need.
