The food is excellent, that's all I came for. The service is complete trash. I don't even know where to start. A hanger of jackets fell in my direction and only a miracle stopped it (luckily, not my head). It turns out that it was obviously faulty and was leaning against the wall, and one of the visitors, having slightly miscalculated her own dimensions, took it down. I note that it was the manager who chose that fateful table for me. Expectation. Of course, I understand that it’s Saturday, there are a lot of people, but I waited about an hour and a half for the rolls. After an hour I was ready to leave, but the waiter said they would be there in ten minutes. After waiting for them too, I wanted to leave again, but the dish was finally brought. For the first course, cutlery was brought for about five minutes after serving. Doubtful, of course, but ok. But they didn’t serve me soy sauce, fortunately, I’m not proud and I myself approached another waiter with this request. They didn’t refuse me, thank you very much. The loyalty card in the application was not scanned due to some error on the service side. I got the hint. I was also “pleased” by the application on the tablet, which by default included not only the service fee, but also tips for the waiter, and seventeen percent at once. I had to cross them out. It didn't work.

The interior is very beautiful. The dishes are mostly affordable and tasty. The waitstaff is polite and attentive. One downside is the soups, but I feel like soups in St. Petersburg are generally not very good. In the past, there were soups served in bread, and the bread was the best part. They offer delivery, but I haven't tried it from this restaurant. Overall, the chain is great.

I really enjoy the tom yum here, and we consistently order rolls for takeout. The waitstaff is wonderful, and everything meets my expectations. However, there are some drawbacks: the hookah staff seems a bit strange and appears to be apprehensive around guests. Several times, we had to cancel our order just when it was time to pick it up, because they had turned off the lights. I don't understand why they wait so long to inform us. One time, they even called back ten minutes after canceling to say that we could come and pick it up in another ten minutes. It’s nice, but who wants to sit around for 20 minutes hoping to have lunch? A special thanks to waitress Leila – she’s always quick and efficient.
