I like this El pollo loco! Everyone who works here is Super Nice!!!

They never get the order right, this time we lacked our salads and our churros They also told us that they ran out of the chicken. Thank God we opened Chipotles

Tortilla soup was good. I didn't give my Zilantro and Onions and Tortilla chips.

I've given this restaurant multiple chances, but it always seems a bit chaotic. Every single time, my straightforward order gets messed up. I specifically ask for Tacos El Carbon without onions, yet onions appear every time. When I point this out, they act irritated! It's a recurring issue! There have been occasions when I'm at the window, and they read the wrong order to me. I have to correct them each time. Plus, once an employee mistakenly took my credit card and handed me his employee card instead. It's frustrating—please, just pay attention!

Ordered 6 tacos. 6/6 tacos were not tacos.. they fell apart. Rather had been served six tacos worth of meat/cilantro/onion wrapped up in a single foil square with no shredded corn/tortillas at all? and handed a fork?.. the picture below was the only one to hold a shape. dry as well cause using sauce with them would of been a joke?. thank you team?.
