Great food, friendly service, and accessible table for walkers and wheelchairs.

I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and I wanted my bread warmed up but I didn’t say anything to the employee (I 100% believe her name was Naomi and she did it!! Her customer service was really good and it made me feel better after a long day : I will be coming back!!

Horrible service asked for one thing was given another when I called to get it corrected they refused. Hate how customer service is not important to people anymore.

Love their chicken salad sandwich. Opted for the apple as a side and was not disappointed. Crispy and crunchy and sweet. I am always pleased when I treat myself to lunch at Panera!

Last time there, a small bug flew out of my salad as soon as I sat down with it, took it back up to the window, and the server wasn't as expected. She offered to make another one with a little hesitation. I said ok, don't know why, though. I'm sure it came out of the same container as the last. I'm not sure if we'll return. But I love their bread.
