The staff is unprofessional, I always see them not wearing gloves, wait time is too long, and hours of operation are inconvenient to the majority of students.

Management, Please fix: Ordered my food, and cashier was nice enough. Two guys in the back working @12:30 November 1st were running around screaming in a high voice like a girl thinking they are hilarious. This went on for 30+ mins screaming swear words and acting a fool. While I was waiting for my order. I think the two guys were responsible for making my order because I waited an additional 20 mins, then my order was very wrong and cold. The other employees and customers around me were recognizably annoyed. I never leave reviews, but these guys were horrible. Management, do what you want but these guys would never work for me. Complete idiots who effectively dismantled the entire customer experience.

It seems that the staff here are not particularly enthusiastic about their work, and their dissatisfaction is quite evident.

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a burger, fries, and some chicken nuggets. Employees act like children and stand around while there are a line of people waiting to order or pick up food. Not only that, my fries were cold and rubbery.
