Handel's Homemade Ice Cream Liberty

I arrived at Handel's before closing time and waited in line behind a Caucasian woman for 15 minutes. With just 3 minutes left, they opened another window and asked for my order. I requested a Banana Split, but they immediately became rude, telling me they had run out of containers to make it. However, they had no issue preparing what the woman in front of me had ordered. It's disheartening to see so many instances of racism in businesses that would struggle without the support of African American customers.

First time visiting Handel's and found it from a Google search while visiting the area. My mom, dad, neice, my two boys and I, all had great ice cream here. We had vanilla, blue moon, pecan praline and butter pecan all on waffle cones, I think. Very good, no complaints. My dad who is an ice cream expert (IMHO) commented how good it was, so that's saying something. He just turned 71.

Fantastic ice cream and excellent service! Michael assisted me during my visit and was incredibly friendly and engaging. I received my ice cream quickly and left with a big smile. I wholeheartedly recommend this Handel's location! Additionally, the owner is wonderful and always ready to help!

The Coconut Caramel Delight served in a waffle cone had an incredible texture and flavor that I've ever experienced. Plus, the small portion was surprisingly generous!

The WORST Handels I?ve ever been to. Tried this place 3 times and every single time my pint has nothing in it but PLAIN ice cream. I ordered chocolate peanut butter brownie and got nothing but a pint of chocolate ice cream then got mud pie and got nothing but a pint of plain coffee ice cream. Not to mention the workers are not friendly at all. Ridiculous Edit: went back today 4/5/22 to try them again cause I was so sick of getting PLAIN ice cream with NOTHING in it, and it
