I ordered a hot Chai Latte with a sandwich. They accidentally made me an icy Chai latte, but I'm not even mad. 1) Mistake!! 2) the icy latte was actually much better than the hot regular latte I usually get it quite cinnamon, and I loved it tbh

On November 21, 2021, I had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks, and I must say, it truly exceeded my expectations. The team here is exceptional, ensuring that every customer enjoys a fantastic experience. The staff are not only excellent but also create a welcoming atmosphere. While Starbucks has a consistent experience across its locations, what sets this one apart is its outstanding customer service. The employees are quick to smile and engage personally with patrons, always ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer's experience. Having just moved to the Yorktown area, I can confidently say that I will be a regular at this location. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at any food, beverage, or coffee establishment.

Normally, this place is fantastic, and I rarely write reviews, but I've encountered several rude experiences with one specific employee at the drive-thru window. They were quite blunt while taking my order, which I could overlook. However, after receiving my drink, they didn't say "have a good day" or anything of the sort. To make matters worse, they closed the window in my face before I could ask for a straw and then turned around to chat with their coworkers. I've sadly had multiple unpleasant encounters with this one particular worker.
