I called to explain the situation, and a woman answered. I was put on hold multiple times, only to be told that I was mistaken and that the orders were filled correctly. I insisted that they were wrong and requested some form of compensation—a partial refund, a coupon, or even a free pizza, anything would do. The only offer she made was to send the driver back to collect the incorrect food and deliver the correct order. She refused to offer any other assistance. I felt like I was going in circles with her, and it wasn’t fair that I had to deal with the consequences of their mistake. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was the person on duty at the time. I inquired about the store manager and was told she was the store manager. If I wanted to speak to someone else, I would have to reach a supervisor at 10 a.m. In what world does a business manager pass dissatisfied customers to a supervisor? With my 10 years in customer service and numerous management roles, I can assure you that this is unacceptable. At this point, I was frustrated repeating myself to someone who clearly didn’t know how to handle a mistake made by her own team. I mentioned I would contact the main office to get her name, after which she abruptly wished me a good night and hung up on me. I asked for her name again, and she repeated the same dismissal. I referenced other reviews and responses from the new owners, who claimed to have over 12 years of experience, and this situation was beyond disappointing. A manager with that kind of experience would never treat a customer this way after they’ve spent their hard-earned money in their establishment. My name is Jessica Robinson, and I placed the order at 5:52 p.m. EST on October 23rd. The order number is 995853028. My phone number and email are on file. I expect to receive a call or email response from the store owner at the earliest convenience. P.S. The Papa Bowls were not worth the $12.99 they're advertised at. If you consider a layer of cheese tossed over some toppings with pizza sauce to be "layers," then I suppose that qualifies. For a $66 order, this is inexcusable.
They don't wash their hands. From dealing with money to make your pizza with their bare hands, long fingernails, no hair net, completely unlived.
Very delicious and fast delivery! Love the fresh ingredients and the peppers included in every order! Highly recommended
The best pizza chain out there. Im a big critic when it comes to your typical chains, but this Papa Johns location is the best! It tastes like authentic wood fired pizza no joke. They give SO MANY TOPPINGS! I love it and it?s my new go-to place for pizza. Keep up the great work guys !
