Family of all ages arrive in hotel from all different places and need food - best place to go - the pub down the road! We stayed at the Marriott on Woodbine Avenue, and this was a 2 minute walk away. The team were really helpful and friendly.The portions are generous, and everyone enjoyed what they had, from Shepherd's Pie to the Poutine. Great beers and ciders too.

My wife and I had dinner here for the first time. I ordered the wings and fries and was really impressed. The wings were really plump and cooked to order. My wife had a "small" salad and the dry ribs. These were also very good. We ate at around 7:00 p.m. and we were almost the only people there. The wait team were very attentive and asked how we were enjoying the food. We will definitely go back.Cheers!

Great pub right down the street from our hotel. The staff were fun and friendly and the poutine was delicious! Got to try several great brews. Perfect place to meet up with friends.

Typical pub food. The Spicy Chorizo Mac&Cheese daily special was hot, tasty, and a generous serving. Better than average side Caesar salad. OK selection of beer, both bottled and on tap, all from major brands. Small wine selection. Typical high noise level for a pub, and a single sports channel on the many TV screens.

So to start off great place. Was back twice on this trip. Based on service and food quality alone I may have given this restaurant/pub five stars. The loaded nachos (with all options) and the chicken curry were great dinners for me. absolutely loved both. I'd come back. My one negative point is that for GF visitors the website has an allergen menu that lists a number of dishes as GF that have tarot tots and fries in them. The issue is that there are no dedicated fryers as per the servers who asked the kitchen and as they joked with me about. The raw potatoes are GF so therefor that's why the dish on the allergen menu online is listed as GF. Sorry can't eat the raw potato :). This cavalier response is what's resulting in the less than perfect review. The servers also noted they don't have any control over the corporate website and their local GF menus were more regularly updated with what they can serve GF. A simple dedicated fryer would make this a goto spot in this area for GF travelers especially how close it is to the Marriott.
