I particularly enjoyed their lunch and brunch menu, especially their afternoon tea specials which include a hot beverage from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and spacious for a HK Style Cafe. The staff are attentive and many speak good English, making it easy to receive food recommendations. One unique feature is the "Korean Style" ringer at each table for service or to request the bill. I recommend trying their morning combo which includes toast, sausage omelette, ham strips on soup macaroni, and a hot beverage for a great price. I personally love their pepper beef sirloin stir fry spaghetti and the "Chu Chow" creamy soup rice noodles. Both dishes are flavorful and satisfying. Don't forget to try their signature chili oil for an extra kick! Next time you're in the Markham area, make sure to stop by Kitchen M. Kitchen M is a Hong Kong style café located on the corner of Highway 7 and McCowan that opened in late 2014. While I was out in the neighborhood running errands, I was contemplating skipping lunch when we passed by Kitchen M. Deciding I could grab something light while my husband enjoyed a full meal, we decided to stop and park in the lot.

I visited this restaurant yesterday because it always seems busy when I walk by. I tried the African chicken rice, which was different in a good way. If you're in the mood for some fast casual Hong Kong food, you should definitely stop by.

I'm reviewing this from the perspective that I wanted something quick and cheap and this place is descent.
