フィードバックを提供するI found plastic wrap in my sushi and the shrimp shells were left in my bowl. This poses a potential safety hazard and should not be present in the rolls I ordered. The overall quality of the restaurant has declined as shrimp shells were found in every roll I ordered, including the tempura. It is unacceptable to serve shrimp with the shells still intact. I would not recommend spending money at this restaurant.
The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. However, the food did not taste great (the tuna had a rubbery texture). Hopefully, they can improve the quality of their fish.
I went to eat the omakase and I am so disappointed especially at this price (mid level prices.) the Omakase box was badly packed and sushi rice fell apart as soon as they pick it up. the sushi was also warm when it arrived, it is a perfect habitat for bacterial growth.
I had not dined out since the pandemic and had only eaten sushi once before, so we decided to go to this restaurant today (we have been there regularly since they opened). When we arrived, we waited for a few minutes without anyone greeting us (there was no server in sight). A man at the sushi bar eventually glanced at us and went back to what he was doing. Another group arrived after us and a man who seemed to be the manager or owner finally approached us. It was frustrating to see the later group get seated before us, but luckily there were a few empty tables available. It seemed like the staff did not know how to properly manage the restaurant, as the man at the sushi bar, while not a server, could have at least informed the owner or manager that customers were waiting to be seated.
Quality and price pretty good for a local sushi bar. Ordered takeout a couple times during to Covid and must say food is good and decently priced. We live close by so we often come here for sushi!
