Pizza Hut - York

The experience was fantastic. While staying at a hotel on a road trip, I accidentally ended up at the restaurant located on the other side of the highway. They not only got my order right, but their minimal staff worked quickly and were very friendly, even at closing time. The staff member noticed our confusion and helped guide us to the correct side of the restaurant. I wish I lived closer so that this could become my go-to pizza spot. Thank you to everyone involved! Highly recommend!

My family usually orders barbecue chicken pizza. We used to order from Valentinos, but they usually didn't fully cut it and didn't put any more than 3 onion slices on, so we switched to Pizza Hut. They have some really good pizza, but sometimes they take longer than they said they would to finish our orders.

I placed an order online but was unable to track it. I tried calling the restaurant but only received a recording and have not been able to speak with anyone yet.

I can definitely relate to a busy restaurant, but when they tell you it will be a 47-minute wait and your food ends up taking over an hour and a half to arrive, only to be served cold as if it had been sitting out for an hour, that's unacceptable. Oh, and let's not forget the added bonus of finding a hair in my pizza! I'm sorry, but until I see that they have their act together, I won't be returning to this establishment.

I'm honest not thinking that this place deserves a star now I still on my last paycheck and let all customers know that when the line cook their pizza make, they don't use gloves, so the ham and sandwiches and really any other pizza topping that on that pizza has been touched with some evil hands I've been doing this because I previously worked for this location and when all customers believe
