フィードバックを提供するFairly clean. Like 8/10. Couple of areas needed attention they eventually got. Bathroom was good. Staff were pleasant and food came fast. Music is a bit louder than I care for since the speakers are right over each seating area. The ChargePoint chargers for EVs is a nice touch too.
Just got off work me and my son went through drive through 11/23/22 at 1130pm ordered our food got to the the 2nd window and I guess this so called very rude ...pathetic so called manager ask to see my receipt she read out order back to us and I asked May I please have a glass of water she then in turn told me that I was doing to much and starting swearing at us saying that we are asking for to much while the whole time we are sitting back listening to this person yell at us about how she has to work on the holidays mind you were are paying customers I then asked for a refund which she absolutely refused to do so we had no choice to pay for this food that at this point we didn't want anymore for this service this is a abomination and absolutely unprofessional we did nothing but try to get food and drinks if it wasn't the holiday I would be driving to this mcdonalds demanding to speak to someone regarding this matter racist slurs were used by your employee I'm thinking about documenting a police report because my rights have be violated in a racist way please call me at 717 6888923 I would like to discuss this situation with either corporate or the highest person in authority and will not rest until something is done do not go through the drive through at night because you will get the same person cussing at you for asking for water I will be calling early Friday morning to speak with Tom the manager and will not rest until she is terminated from employment!!!!!!!! I actually like this mcdonalds something must be done because im.pissed!!!
Both drive thru lanes were open but I kept getting ignored. The lady asked me twice what I wanted and I responded. But the second another car pulled up to the other lane she took their order!!! After I was already sitting there for a while. I didn't bother to stick around or move to the next lane after that. So I left.
Their system crashed and they worked quickly to make sure everyone got what they ordered. Shoutout to Curtis for his awesome customer service and even upgrading our meals to thank us for waiting patiently.
Food is cold 20 mins in line every time even with only 3 cars. Worst mcdonalds ive ever been too. I have now started to drive to the one 10 mins out of the way. I can Literally drive there order food drive back to my house faster then waiting in this line with only 3 cars in it. I dont know what needs to happen, more staff, better staff. But this is far from the speedy service the founder prides them selfs on.
