フィードバックを提供するCan I give this place zero stars? I went through the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes without any response. After that, I went inside to place my order at the counter. I waited another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Meanwhile, the woman at the drive-thru window was just standing there doing nothing. The person who seemed to be in charge was next to another employee, sipping on his soda and chatting while she was trying to do her job. Finally, after glancing at me a couple of times, he asked if I needed help. I started to place my order, and he told me that it would take 20 minutes for chicken because they were short-staffed. Clearly, they are mismanaged when two employees can just stand around doing nothing. I ended up leaving without ordering anything.
The sign on the door indicated that the inside was closed even though it was 7 PM. I decided to use the drive-thru, but when I tried to place my order, they informed me that they were out of sandwiches. It felt like they were simply being lazy and didn’t want to prepare any food. With wages at $16 an hour, it’s disappointing to see that people aren’t willing to work. This is concerning for the business, as you really need to hire better employees if you want to avoid losing money. As a result, I took my business to Popeyes instead. I just wanted to point out that you lost business today because of the lack of effort from your staff. The date was 10/15/22, and I was there around 7 PM, so you should know who was on shift.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered an 8-piece original chicken bucket, and was told it would take 20 minutes to prepare. I agreed and paid $30, then had to pull over and wait. After about 40 minutes, they finally brought it to us. When we got home, the batter had completely fallen off the chicken, which looked crispy instead of the original I had asked for. I will never return. I understand they're short-staffed, but it's unacceptable to pay that kind of money and receive such poor quality food.
Worst meal I have ever bought from KFC.I will not be going to this location ever again. The chicken was very dry,the biscuits were more like dough than biscuits. There was no gravy in the bag after I asked about it and was told it was there. The mashedpotatoes were as dry as the chicken. The coleslaw was also dry and hade no flavor. WOW what a waste of $33 to get food you can'tenjoy.
The food takes far too long to arrive. I could easily drive to another KFC and back before the mac and cheese is even ready. Additionally, the managers are quite disrespectful.
