Nando's - York

I went to dinner tonight with my friend, and we couldn't recommend this nando enough. she has allergies so we eat her as an allergy order, supported by the manager. I ordered myself a package. When that came, there was no indication that the food of my friend was prepared as an allergen order. When I asked, they were so apologetic and went and made food as allergies. we then discovered that something was wrong with my packaging, so I asked if it could be restored. I would have been very happy with a remake and had left a bright over-examination, but the staff went beyond and beyond and gave us a full refund for our two meals. it was Saturday night and was so busy, but we felt really interested. we then ordered some desserts for which the staff would not take any money, although we always offer to pay. I could not mistake the customer service, and once the problems were sorted with our food, they were beautiful. overall a very happy customer, these nandos would recommend to everyone!

Short waiting time also on a Saturday evening. we sat upstairs, which was spacious, clean and full of many sauces. the food was excellent, the spicy rice was seasoned when I experienced before I thanked the drinks are groundless. I ordered the Peri-Tamer as I love the BBQ-Aroma that is not in the main menu. friendly, helpful staff and a good to enjoying eating.

Amazing eating, and from some reason we sometimes get free brownies that is great. I can't have enough of the extra hot sauce haha

As someone who is not a fan of Nandos food, this is a review of the experience, but not eating itself. the inner was very cozy and clean. the staff was polite and very helpful. one of the betting things about a Nandos experience is the great amount of sauces that they can get, and nandos york does not hold back, whereth a good 10 random sauce available. Moreover, they have refillable drinks and who loves this. the Nandos experience was delivered very well.

A few things short on the menu. The drinks machine was out of coke zero and the other was broken. We were told be would be a 45 min wait, but we're seated in less than 10. The food was fast, hot and as you'd expect from a cheeky Nandos
