Holy mother of God. Best BBQ I’ve had!The best part is that they do everything so authentically. They perfectly smoke their briskets Texan style with oak and their Memphis style pork and chicken in cherry/pecan wood. It’s very rare for BBQ restaurants to nail two different styles of BBQ in one place.The sauce might be a bit too sweet for the brisket, but you really don’t even need sauce for that. The sauce, however, really complements my ribs and chicken.I also ordered the BBQ beans, slaws and cornbread. And the cornbread is definitely the star of the show definitely the best ever cornbread I’ve had as well.This place is too perfect. I am really considering to work a few more jobs just to earn more money to eat here more often….

Food is pretty good, but nowhere near Texas standards as others claim. Brisket and ribs were good but cornbread was the best item of the night. Love the vibe though!

Evans brisket has ruined all other future experiences, it is incredible, hands down the best I've ever had. It is the most delicious and melt in your mouth brisket you could ask for. All of his food is incredible. I highly recommend you try this spot, you will not regret it.

Got there early Fri. eve. around 5:00; one other couple there, but not eating when we arrived. Unknowingly crossed paths w/ owner upon arrival; completely ignored; no meet, no greet, no acknowledgment of patronizing his totally outdoor/ food truck approach to dining. Waited about five minutes order desk while “host” busy helping in kitchen rather than acknowledging our presence or inviting us to take a seat ‘til he could get around to taking a order for my wife and I. Called up to counter when pre-prepared food was dished up. Self-serve food was tasty as prepared, but will never be back. Too many other places who appreciate/acknowledge your patronage. Pricy too! One brisket (3) pcs,; 1/2 lb. pulled pork; one can soda; one water, one bbq beans $51!! Then charged fee to use credit card!! Never again…!

This is the place to go for great BBQ! First time there. The environment is just like a great smokehouse in Texas. Put this place on your must go to. Definitely want to keep this guys in Yorba Linda.
