Mclean Ave Bagel Cafe - Yonkers

I ordered a veggie wrap, which the menu claimed had a variety of vegetables. However, when I got home, I found that it was only filled with lettuce, tomato, and onion, and it cost $8. I was really disappointed and don’t plan on returning. If I wanted just lettuce, I would have ordered a lettuce sandwich! The menu also mentioned that it included cheese, but there wasn't any to be found. This will definitely be my last visit to this restaurant.

I had a frustrating experience with my takeout order. If you're going to write it down, it should be accurate, right? The ordering system seems to have some flaws. I understand that the staff are busy, but there’s no excuse for getting orders wrong. I ordered three bagel sandwiches with egg protein, one bagel with cream cheese and bacon, and one toasted bagel with butter. Instead, I received all the bagels toasted with butter and none of the egg sandwiches. We all have busy lives, and it's really disappointing when customers' time is wasted like this. When I place a takeout order, I expect it to be correct. Sometimes we can’t go back to fix mistakes. Overall, the service was quite disappointing.

I ordered a cookie from this restaurant, and it tasted like it had freezer burn—definitely not enjoyable. You can tell that their baked goods aren't fresh. Moreover, for a bagel shop, the coffee is quite disappointing. It tastes like diluted cream and is so weak that it's almost undrinkable. The only redeeming items on the menu are the BLT and the bagels with cream cheese.

Busy, popular, and yummy. Lots of people working to help you so it went pretty quickly. I liked the cappuccino option to do better than the typical NY coffee.

Busy local spot for bagels and breakfast. They have cappuccinos as well as regular coffee. The bagel egg sausage and cheese sandwich I had was delicious.
