Europa Bar Restaurant - Yonkers

I visited this restaurant in 2009, and I had a fantastic experience. You start by selecting your ingredients from a box, and then a server prepares your salad based on your preferences. There’s a wide variety of meats to choose from—such as chicken, bacon, lardons, and ham—as well as a selection of vegetables and sauces. You pay based on the categories of items you choose, which keeps it quite affordable; you can easily get a salad for two for around $7-8. You can also add a yogurt with muesli and jam, bringing the total to about $13. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it, and I plan to return on my next trip to New York!
