Dunkin' - Yonkers

The service here is friendly, and they consistently get my wife's order right. However, the experience can vary depending on who is working. Some staff members struggle to understand orders, even when they are clearly explained, and it seems like they aren’t particularly motivated. As someone who works in retail myself, I understand the importance of providing a great experience for customers. We’re all human, but there should still be a level of professionalism present. One of the staff members stands out as excellent, while the rest could use some improvement.

The service was quick. I tried the tomato and hummus toast, which was quite tasty, except for the bread. Unfortunately, the bread was too soft and not very enjoyable. I believe the hummus and tomatoes would pair better with a crispy, firmer toast.
