The Spinnaker - Yeppoon

We called ahead to check the menu and were warmly welcomed by the lovely Nikki at reception, who encouraged us to take a seat and order drinks (she's definitely a standout staff member!). We had reserved our table for 6:30 PM and returned at that time for another round of drinks, along with delicious steak and pasta dishes. We wished we could have stayed longer, but our mission was accomplished. Goodbye, Yeppoon! See you in Auckland!

Had a great meal here earlier this week. There was a good selection of food at very reasonable prices to chose from and my salmon was cooked perfectly. There's a large and nice outdoor area for eating and also plenty of tables inside as well. Although it was school holidays and quite busy, we didn't have to wait too long for our food

Fabulous quality value. Stumbled on this place one Tuesday night. So glad we did. Fish of the day is something I usually avoid. Glad this choice was made as soon as the large slab of snapper arrived on the table. Chips salad were also first class. Another selection made was the calamari. Likewise a very satisfying meal. Cooked absolutely perfectly. Also a nice serving size. I don't easily make the claim that this is the best dining experience in Yeppoon/Rockhampton, but it definitely deserves this title. To top it all off, every staff member were helpful, friendly and very pleasant to deal with. This is one of the very, very few places I've given 5 stars. Please keep doing what you've been doing and don't change.

My husband and I visited this restaurant tonight for a "quick" bite, but we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. If it weren't for the Keno and sports on TV, the dim lighting, and the presence of pokies, we would have felt like we were in a fine dining establishment. The food was incredible, and the chefs deserve recognition and a pay raise. The bar staff were also lovely. We left feeling very happy!

I visited for lunch on a chilly, rainy day with some friends. The food was delightful, and the service was quite good. Having been here before, I was already familiar with the quality of the meals. I plan to return before we leave Yeppoon.
