Il Montebello - Yarmouth

I met up with friends for lunch on a sunny afternoon recently. We sat on the terrace with a view of the first tee. While the setting was lovely, the prices were high and the food was only okay. My meatball dish cost $17.95 and was on the small side. The menu overall was expensive, including the drinks. It seems like that's just the way things are these days. I don't plan on returning to Il Montebello anytime soon, and I'll advise my friends to do the same.

We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant with excellent food and friendly, professional service in a stunning setting. Whether dining in the main dining room or tavern, each has its own unique atmosphere. Two standout dishes were the whole bronzino, beautifully prepared and filled, and the pasta bolognese with an authentic taste. The pizza and salad were also delicious and generously portioned.

I never had a bad meal here. there are many possibilities that almost everyone would make happy. all staff are fantastic and friendly. high and a little expensive, but worth it. the hopes are also great in the spring and summer.

This place has legit Italian deliciousness and hospitality. It's also pretty unpretentious considering the location. We'll definitely go back.

Ordered the lemon sole with home made linguine. Tasteless, bland. The pasta was under cooked . Bread was great. Another guest had the eggplant parm which was bitter, uncooked. If you want a great Italian meal, try Villa Roma in Harwich . Villa Roma’s puts this place to shame. Il Monticello needs a face lift, paint job , updating. Good outdoor patio with heaters. No wait staff or servers wore masks indoors or outside.
