Taj Palace - Yakima

This place was amazingly delicious and the staff was very friendly and prompt with service. We loved that the menu was labeled dairy free so we know what items were vegan. I got the dal fry and my husband got a curry. They take their spice levels seriously which we appreciated, a 4-5 star was quite spicy!

Excellent. Orders for dinner while in town for a Biz trip and really loved this choice. Enjoyed some samosas, naan and butterlamm. Everything was tasteful and quickly finished. Big fan!

Excellent as always the butter chicken n Tandoori chicken are always my fave of rice, so tasteful. In any case happy that they reopen the buffet because u can have a little of everything and try new things. They had a vegetarian masala that looked delicious, but I didn't try, so it has to wait until the next time.

Delicious food! Ordnete malai kofta with garlic naan and onion kulcha, and a mango leti. The naan was not fat, and the malai kofta was as good as anyone you get in India. We were served quickly (within 15 minutes). The only suggestion would be to update the ambience that the Bollywood music plays in the background was 20 years ago. Indian instrumental and fusion music (all on YouTube! could do a lot to attract a younger clientele.

Boyfriend and I were visiting the area. We absolutely love Indian food so I was super excited to try this place. Honestly? This has to be one of the BEST Indian places I've ever eaten. The sauces were mouthwatering (tried the mango and butter sauces). The chicken and lamb were both incredibly tender. Both types of Naan were delicious and excellent texture. I tried a mango Lassi spiked (with I believe Malibu rum) and it was SO refreshing. The mango ice cream was the best dessert I've had at a restaurant in awhile as well. The server was a very charismatic young man. He was attentive, kind, funny and very helpful. I wish we lived closer so we could go again. I'm still thinking of their food, weeks later.
