Blanc - Xinyi District

Cozy little spot in one of the back alleys of Taipei. Great comfort food and coffee, with great service too.

Food is pretty good. And the atmosphere is quite cozy. They play French songs in the background. They have dining time limit. Minimum order is a drink so if you’re here for lunch or dinner, it’s a better deal to order the set menu. Staff is super kind and friendly. The day I went was a cloudy afternoon, however, it suddenly rained, pouring rain. They’re so nice and said that feel free to use their umbrella.

Brunch is pretty good. I tried both the thick cut bacon and sausage. The bacon is not fatty at all it’s like two patty shaped cuts of meat. Sausage is pretty good too.

Such a lovely cafe in the street. Not spacious but warm ambient. Great quality of food but small portion can be expected! Diners must order at least one drink, excluding the food you order.

Nice and warm bistro. Not many seats. You get to refill hot Americano once and the lasagna comes with bread. The service is also pretty nice.
