Churrasco Argentinian Grill - Xalapa

My wife and I went on Valentine's day without a reservation, and had about a half hour wait to be seated. The restaurant has a pleasant, slightly fancy atmosphere, and fast, attentive, professional service. The menu is reasonably varied and intriguing. I tried the Blue Cheese and Pear Salad, which was pleasant, but not impressive. It had blue cheese dressing but lacked any visible, fresh chunks of blue cheese; and otherwise was dominated by iceberg lettuce. My wife's Risotto was tasty, but overly oily.
