Mcdonald's Javea - Xabia

Very impressed with this McDonalds, they have choices we don't have in UK...... Seemed quite new, very clean and nice decor, table delivery was also available, just took a number and registered it on the order.

McDonalds Javea 12 pm opening … no staff inside, staff outside banging on the door. Order placed at 12.05 and then the wait begins while the oil warms up etc. 12.20 Finally we received our order. Appalling management and service. A mockery of the concept of fast food.

This is a McDonalds in name only. I thought it nearly impossible to product a bad hamburger. Ordered the Big Mac combo here yesterday and found out it's not so hard after all. Meat was dry, special sauce wasn't, flavorless cheese, bun had an unfamiliar texture all was cold when presented to us. Fries were cold as well and not crisp. Only plus, and it's a big one for me, is that every area wherein customer may go is as clean as one would expect. It's a place that serves hamburgers and fries and other food items under the golden arches sign ... but I wouldn't say it's really a McDonalds.

Esta reseña en Espacial a parte de que es un excelente lugar, va dirigida a Pablo, excelente ser humano y muy servicial, siempre con un una gran sonrisa que alegra los corazones de quienes visitan ese establecimiento tan popular de Javea, nos gusta mucho el Mc Donald's

Increíble este McDonald's, nos encontramos con Pablo pensando que es el encargado, ya que hacía de todo, desde limpiar mesas y suelo, a avisar clientes de que su pedido ya estaba en preparación, como repartir comida y globos o reponer... Todo ello con una sonrisa constante y controlando que los pedidos salieran correctos. Nos explicó que es azafato de atención al cliente y que normalmente eso lo hay en todos los McDonald's, le hicimos saber que era la primera vez que veíamos eso y más tan activo y atento. INCREÍBLE este chico!!!! INSUPERABLE
