Ruby Tuesday - Wytheville

I ordered a 8 oz sirloin. It was ok. Needed a bit more salt and pepper. Overall I would go back to Ruby's. Other items on the menu are satisfying ?

Felt clean for a chain restaurant and the salad bar was fresh. Friendly servers.

Food was bland, portions were very small, and for 3 people it cost 100 dollars. I will eat here again.

I would like to share our experience. We pulled off the interstate to get dinner. We stopped here for a great meal. My husband was going to order the T bone but saw the strip loin with garlic shrimp. I’d you want the salad bar with your meal it is 5.99. When his meal came out the plate was bare!! I mean bare. It had the steak, baked potato and 4 shrimp no vegetables or bun For $28 US dollars. He was not happy with the waitress as she could have mentioned the larger steak for cheaper and that you only get 4 small shrimp. He could have went with the his original order. We asked to speak with the manager. He came out and said yes you only get 4 shrimp. With the prices going up, corporate suggested reducing the amounts. We told him we would contact corporate office. If you wanted anything to add it was all add ons for more money. He gave us a discount for our disappointment but unfortunately we still left very unsatisfied. I should have taken a picture! He did want to say that it did have good flavour but was a very poor display of a meal.

We had a great experience here. An awesome server and our meals were perfect.
