On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

After experiencing some terrible restaurants in the Reading area, On The Border feels like a breath of fresh air. The service was impressive; the server was attentive and anticipated when I needed a drink refill. The food was enjoyable as well. The chips were crispy and not greasy, and the salsa had a nice, tangy flavor. The combination of beans and beef had a good taste too, although it was a bit on the salty side.

We had a wonderful meal accompanied by outstanding service! Our server, Bret, did an amazing job keeping our kids entertained, and he checked in with us just the right amount to enhance our dining experience.

Fajitas and Margaritas. I typically prefer to avoid chain restaurants, and I acknowledge that this is definitely an American take on Mexican cuisine. However, if you're in the mood for fajitas and margaritas, this is definitely the spot to go.

The food and service was excellent! Big chips and salsa to begin, I highly recommend at the border to anyone who likes spicy food.
