Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wyncote

Asked for chicken soft tacos, and was prepared two instead of typical 3 (thankfully, I therefore only paid for 2 vs 3) but being new there didnt know 3 was the standard until everything was prepared and too late to add the 3rd. Food flavor was great. Would eat there again.Food: 5/5

This is the worst chipotle ever. As many others stated never come here. I made an online order and it was suppose to be ready at 7:50. I walked in to find 10 other people waiting around the pickup corner with no chipotle employee in sight!! I waited over 30 minutes and finally just walked out. The food station was a complete mess with unfinished food everywhere and no other employee knew what to do. Corporate needs to get involved!

Food was cold and horrible. Asked for a burrito BOWEL and got a wrapped up opened tortilla with extra rice, beans, and Lettuce in the side. NOTHING close to what I wanted. They didn’t have any sour cream, cheese, guacamole or corn salsa ,and chicken was under cooked. First time at this location and will be my last !

They definitely decrease the size of these chips. These are my favorite. So I always get a large. This is about the same size as a regular bag. Ikyfl!Food: 4/5

The absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. This is now the third time I have been here where they are only taking online orders due to some sort of issue. It took over 40 minutes to get our food that was missing guacamole and queso. The worst part was that I found a large piece of plastic in my bowl that was melted into some of the food. Absolutely disgusting and the last time I will be eating at this chipotle!
