Waffel, ice and chocolate sauces are not very special options that the staff not really helpful there are more than 10 girls standing behind the writing but no concern about customer satisfaction.

The personal was so welcoming that I was very pleased that haroon worked for so long. he always says hello even tho when he is busy and I asked to make some adjustments to my order and he hesitated not at all well made haroon happy. see them soon! well done

I received amazing customer service from the young man who served me, he knew what he did and was very nice and polite his name was Danish and I will come back as the eating and service was amazing

Beautiful personal friendly environment friendly and the staff at the front of dessert, who treated us so kindly, while I made an autistic child with me and made him feel comfortable to explain to him various aromes etc. I have not quite his name...harun

I had ordered a strawberry indulge waffle and wrote in the restaurant notes that I did not want ice cream or chocolate sprinkles on my waffle as I am allergic. When my waffle arrived it had both ice cream and chocolate sprinkles on it. When...I rang up the shop, a very rude and ignorant man answered the phone and was almost judging me for not wanting to have ice cream or chocolate on my waffle. I then told him I was allergic and he was not trying to understand or help. He told me that there was no restaurant notes which there was as I have a screenshot of it. Due to this he was not trying to give me a refund or bring me the correct thing that I paid for and told me that there’s no point as the shop was shutting in 3 minutes. he was very rude towards me and didn’t show any care and asked me to come to the shop if i wanted to sort this out. I just left it as he was being very ignorant towards me as a customer and Am very disappointed in this service. Please sort out your staff to know how to communicate to their customers and understand that different people have different preferences and allergies.
