Jimmy John's - Wyandotte

Today, my colleagues and I placed a delivery order from a nearby hospital. Out of a large order, only one sandwich was incorrect (it was missing cheese). I called the restaurant to express my concern, and the gentleman who answered was very apologetic and took responsibility for the mistake. He offered to send us the correct sandwich, along with a complimentary side of chips or a cookie. I was truly impressed by the level of customer service we received today; it really restored my faith in good people.

I highly recommend this Jimmy John's location. The interior is very clean and well-organized, with clear markings on the floor for social distancing. The staff is incredibly polite, and you always know the status of your order, with minimal wait times. The food was excellent and exactly what I ordered. I'll definitely return whenever I'm in the area.
