Bona fides aside, Fabio at Pub Felicitas in Wroclaw has perfected the spicy burger with its Bomba Fabia. 100% beef, Nduja (adjust a favor and look at it! spicy salami, raspberry tomatoes, Mexican sauce, chili pepper and fresh basil. Only an Italian would have thought to improve the spicy burger by adding hot salami and fresh basil. But where this Burger Innovator has the idea to use Nduja is a pleasant secret. Fabio has increased the spicy Hamburger to its highest potential.
