Lotus House - Worcester

The Chinese food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. They always deliver on time and the quality is consistently high. I would definitely recommend it to others!

On Saturday evening, we visited a restaurant and had to wait at least 5 minutes before someone came to take our order. During this time, we overheard a young female staff member in the cooking area laughing about a customer's complaint regarding missing items from their order. The customer had called to complain, but the staff member dismissed it, saying they had paid by card and wouldn't be able to get a refund. We then witnessed the chef defrosting food in a microwave, dropping it on the floor, picking it up, cooking it, and serving it to the next customer. When the staff member finally came to take our order, we expressed our concerns about the food being dropped on the floor. Her response was simply that the floors are very clean. We were so disgusted by the service and hygiene that we decided to leave and get takeaway from a place across the road. It was a terrible experience.

I ordered at 6:30pm and received my food almost 2 hours later after being told 45min to 1 hour upon ordering. Receptionist was rude and offered no explanation or apology apart from telling me that's the way it is. I certainly won't use you again!!!

The food is really good (really good), the prices are fair. A pity they miss out parts of the order. Happened twice now. When they are busy they won 't deliver the missing items. They will add it to your next order . A real shame they don 't deal with the issue on the night. Very disappointed.

We are on a Narrowboat holiday staying at Diglis Basin we walked to pick our food up Not marked on google maps but type 153 London rd and you can find it The food was outstanding we ate the lot, Can highly recommend special Curry best Ive ever tasted Kids also ate every last drop give this place a try its worth it spot on price also
