The guy in his 20s is really helpful and gets things right, but there is an older woman that works there who consistently messes up orders and puts things like a mess into bags then stares daggers at you when you check your order before leaving due to how frequently she messes up orders.
Staff is rude and often times refuses to make certain items unless you order them on the app. They also refuse to stock decaf coffee and will make your coffee regular, and then refuse a refund for it (i cannot drink regular, can't tell how many times I've had to give up my drinks because of this).sick of this place, give your business to a better run operation.
The restaurant is nice. I didn't get one item of my order. And all the donuts weren't the ones I choose.
Food was delivered an hour after I had ordered it. It was drlivered cold. I had ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant but it was on a bagel. Late and cold is unacceptable. Worst service I've had with this app ever. I've had problems with drivers not reading the delivery instructions but the orders were correct and hot but this experience was horrible. I'm just going to go pick up my orders from now on. Thank you for a horrible experience when im sick.
They replaced the bagels with croissants, which didn't work for me since I'm vegan and don’t eat croissants. My son specifically wanted a bagel with cream cheese, not a croissant—it was really disappointing! Additionally, they forgot to include my hash browns.
