フィードバックを提供するI have found that the service at this restaurant is typically quicker than at other establishments in Wooster. Additionally, I have noticed that the food here is of better quality. I have ordered cold sandwiches from Beall Avenue in the past, and have always been satisfied. Although it is a typical Arby's, I appreciate the taste and satisfaction of their sandwiches.
My experience at the restaurant tonight was terrible. The line was long and wrapped around the building. When I finally reached the order screen/speaker, a voice told me to wait a few minutes. Slowly, everyone in front of me made it past the pick-up window, but I was still stuck at the order window. I felt like I was stuck in cement. When I finally received my order, there was no one there to thank me for waiting. To make matters worse, my food was cold and not properly prepared. The staff did not ask if I wanted any condiments, and there were no napkins available to use. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor customer service.
We needed 100 sandwiches last minute and despite the restaurant being busy, Tracy went above and beyond when she found out they were for school children's hot lunch. She was incredibly kind and the children loved the food, with many positive comments. Thank you Tracy, from 80 school children! You are truly a blessing for what you have done!
Had a little of a wait but rush hour very accommodating due to having food allergies made my sandwich on a plain bun with no problem
Either Arby's food has declined in tastiness, or my taste buds have become more discerning. Either way, yuck.
