I ordered the Monster Tacos and was told to pull around to the side to pick up my order after paying. After waiting for 10 minutes, other customers started honking at me, so I went back through the drive-thru to get my order. I was not satisfied with the service and do not plan on returning. I was disappointed by the hamburger. The service was take-out style and it was a lunch meal. The price per person was between $1 to $10. The food was rated a 3, while the service was rated a 5.

"I highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwich, it was served fresh and hot. The service was for takeout and perfect for dinner. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I also suggest trying the Grilled Chicken Salad, Egg Rolls, French Fries, Onion Rings, Sourdough Jack, Jumbo Jack, Jack's Spicy Chicken, and Chicken Sandwich from the menu."

We were the only people that were dining in, but dozens of people were coming in due to drive through orders being wrong or taking to long. maybe they were short handed (not sure) food was good but it took to long and no one came to take our order for several minutes. aside from that it wasn't bad. service just was in need of help.
